Refund and Forwarding Policy

 

Overview

Our refund policy is very straight forward. If after booking for your luggage pick up and your travel plans changes for any reason at all, we will fully refund you within 1 business day of receiving the request. If the request is received on a weekend or holiday, we will endeavor to process it on the following business day.

To be eligible for a full refund, your luggage must not have been picked up by our staff. If the luggage have been picked up but still haven’t left the city of origin, we shall issue a partial refund of 80% of the cost you paid.

Several types of items within a luggage are not acceptable by us and are discouraged to be within a luggage booked for shipping. That includes but not limited to Perishable goods such as food, flowers, breakable items like glassware, liquids, or valuable items like cash or jewelry, controlled and illegal substances. We also do not accept hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases, weapons.

 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • If luggage has been picked up.
  • If Luggage is already in route to the destination city.

Refunds

Once your refund request is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your request. We will also notify you of the approval of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment, within 3 business days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
